Whether it's disconnection to self, relationship patterns that feel unsustainable, or a desire to reclaim your intuitive wisdom, counseling is a space for us to come together and discover what you need most. You don't have to do it alone.
We specialize in working with couples of all shapes and sizes, with a special passion for couples in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Charlotte, owner and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, has training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and draws from both EFCT and Gottman techniques when working with couples.
Living Bloom Counseling offers in-person and Telehealth counseling services to individuals 18 years and older. We specialize in supporting people who are impacted by trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, and identity questions. In individual work Charlotte draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and believes in the power of creativity, metaphor, and imagery when it comes to quickly connecting with intuitive wisdom.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence-based modality that focuses on using bilateral stimulation to organize difficult memories in a new way. While most often used to heal trauma, EMDR is clinically proven to assist in supporting a variety of issues including anxiety, grief, and more.
