About Me

Charlotte Harrington (she/her) MA, LMHC, NCC

I'm Charlotte, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an MA in Marriage and Family Counseling from Gonzaga University. I consider it my greatest privilege to witness and support individuals and couples as they experience the full range of what life has to offer. I prioritize creating an inclusive environment that is 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-racist, weight inclusive, pro-immigrant, sex-positive, and neurodivergent-affirming. Everything and every part of you is welcome here. I likewise welcome and encourage all feedback on how to create a more inclusive, equitable space.

My framework in our work together is grounded in attachment science and the belief that connection to self and other is a basic tenant of human wellness. My goal is to support you as we identify your needs, patterns, and ultimately what you want to be different in your life and within your relationships. I see the world through a relational, systems lens and am committed to trauma-informed practices.

Outside of the professional world you can find me reading in a local coffee shop, hiking nearby trails, playing Dungeons and Dragons with friends, or traveling to new places.

What I Believe About People

We yearn for social connectedness and attachment to others is a survival mechanism.

We have infinite worth and the ability to recognize this worth in ourselves.

We all have needs we are trying to honor; these needs drive all behavior.

We continually strive to understand our lived experience through meaning making.

We are in a constant state of change.
